Central location and good dinner and breakfast. We were happy with an upgrade into the newer part of the hotel at the backside of the hotel, which was very quiet. Very good room, bathroom and a good bed. Our bikes could be stalled inside a barn next to the hotel. Would love to come back.

We stayed here on our way home from a week in Denmark. Great location near the town of Cloppenburg. Variety of bars resturants, nice pedestrian shopping area. We ate in wine bar restaurant, which was very good.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms large with everything you needed. There is a bar and restaurant on site, but this was closed due to family function. We were emailed before had and instructions given to how we get our room keys. (They were in german but used translate apl) We found it a bit confusing to find entrance as we we didn't realise there were 2 parts to the hotel and went to the wrong one. But we worked it out, key box by main reception. Free parking outside and room for our camper van.
Breakfast was great and plentiful. Staff helpful although English limited.
The hotel had homely felt, although maybe a bit dated. We enjoyed our stay.

Warm welcome. Nice cafe area at the back of the hotel to have a late afternoon drink. Lots of varied walking opportunities in the adjoining forest and surrounding pathways. Good evening meal and breakfast with plenty of choice. Very clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom.
We liked everything about this hotel. Location, staff, great and huge room, spa with swimming pool, different kind of sauna and so on. Good quality breakfast. We will definitely come back and stay more.
The location allows a chilled rest with options for walks and some pleasant stops. The hotel was clean and spacious with very good food.
