The breakfast was clearly the highlight, and I think it was better than any other breakfast I've had in a hotel, even 5-star one's. Many different types of fresh fruit, fresh bread, hot food, cheeses and juices. As well as decent coffee.
The sauna was also nice, if simple, as was the pool. And location was great, and easy walk into the little old town.

It's always a delight to visit Gut Panker and staying at Ole Liese is a real treat. We stayed here last year and loved it. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, very accommodating housekeeping staff, friendly service/reception staff.

Wonderful location and a great place to stay close to the Baltic Sea. The hotel was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible! You could pretty much ask for anything you wanted and it was included in the price for the night: Fresh Juice, Salmon, Yogurt etc etc.
Such a pretty location with horses and a lovely walk nearby. Pretty hotel building and small garden in a lovely rural spot. The dinner was delicious, room really comfortable and the breakfast was superb and served by really friendly staff.
