Location just off beach and within a few minutes of all amenities. Good choice at breakfast. Dinner was also very good and competitively priced - you could choose from menu or the buffet. We had a large room with a balcony and plenty of storage space but the bathroom was so small the hand basin was situated over the toilet so had to be swung to the side when toilet was needed!
This 3-star-Superior hotel is an Art Nouveau villa situated directly on the beach promenade in Zinnowitz. Some rooms have views of either the Baltic Sea or the forests of the Usedom Nature Park.

Road travel is often affected by traffic congestions (both bridges to the Island of Usedom are working swing bridges). Zinnowitz has a long and clean beach and the whole area is perfect for cycling. Great family activities (e.g. "Karls Erdbeerhof" - a strawberry theme park, "DDR-Museum" at Dargen - huge collection of East German products of all kinds).

A perfect house for a short or long break. The house has everything you need or even more. Very well planned kitchen, dining and living room. Three nice bedrooms, two big bathrooms and a sauna. All in a quiet neighberghood, still close to the sea and Zinnowitz center. Very helpful & friendly owners. Beatiful outside.
I had a wonderful time with my daughter and granddaughter. The hotel offered so much activity and the beach is right there too. Close to the DB and easy to get to. Food good! Personnel friendly.
