Appartments was super. Lose to shops petrol and walking distance from pizza and kebab restaurants
Unfortunately we opted for pizza. Not a welcoming place at all. Fortunately the shop was well stocked with quality pizza and the appartment has a great oven so we were on to a winner in the end - thanks to the appartment!

We were only in town for a single night, but we walked through the old town while waiting for our takeaway and it was delightful. The buildings are all different shapes and quirky - a sketcher's paradise!
Highly recommend Rimio Osnabrück- Asia Fusion restaurant. It was delicious.

Beautiful old town filled with a maze of pedestrian only streets plus a plethora of small artisan shops & eateries. The new part of town - also pedestrianised - is a shopper's paradise & a browsing delight.

Went there for the Christmas Fair, one night.
Went there for the Christmas Fair, one night. That was nice but it seemed somewhat smaller than 10 years ago. We particularly liked the temporary party tent in front of the tikki max. The music was great. We could have stayed 1 or 2 days more, to visit the cathedral and do some shopping.

A very pleasant town to wander with many old buildings - especially the City Hall which played a very important role in the 16th century in bringing peace to parts of northern Europe. The cafes and restaurants were good - especially 'Moana' which I throughly recommend for its great food, friendliness and interesting wines. Also, buy your wine from 'Das Wein Kabinet' where the owner (Jean-Pierre was very friendly and helpful.
The theatre is also worth a visit and we saw an exceptional performance of modern dance during our stay. One gets the impression that Osnabruck has a great community.
Try to hire a guide to appreciate the town's history.

We were at first disappointed as the outside around the Hotel is in the middle of upgrades in garden area and surrounds. BUT on entering it was a lovely place. Room was extremely ambient and the staff were lovely. The restaurant was a STEP ABOVE nearly all we have visited in the past year. Very very good and breakfast was delish and hearty with many selections hot and cold. Great stay. Easy to find and parking on site.
The hotel and the rooms have a homey, fresh and welcoming interior. Breakfast is ok for 5 euro. The rooms are clean and comfy. Sharing a bathroom is not the best, but it lowers the price. They provide soap and shampoo. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the price is really ok for what you get. There is a LIdl supermarket within 500 meters of the hotel. The surroundings are welcoming. Osnabruck is a nice city.
Beautiful hotel (courtyard parking) with lovely spacious, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The restaurant was closed for dinner but lots of restaurants close-by and Osnabruck old-town centre is a five minute walk and lovely.
Absolutely horrible. Wallpaper hanging loose from walls from mold and dirt. Bugs everywhere. And no way of contacting them since. Absolute horror. Walked straight out and found another hotel.
