The location is convinient, close to motorway. The garden, pool, facilities are good. Room Was clean. Staff in the restaurant very positive, helpful and kind.
The only issue was the reception and the car charging point that is always not available when you want to use it. I had to argue with the manager on duty for 30 minutes until they let me in to charge the car. I would not stay at your hotel if you would not say on booking.com that you have charging point available for your customers. I was basically told to go the ”petrol stations” to pay for my charge instead as the Duty Manager of this place has to pay for her petrol car. This person was just rude to me and totally unprofessional….not to mention that She was laughing at me that electric cars are not real cars ;) I am happy to provide more info to the hotel managment about this incident or to booking com, if you are interested. Will rather not use again just because of this unpleasent situation at the reception and the fact that they do not want customers to use their charging point….and to be honest…I am happy to pay for the charging, but you need to be prepared for it.

We had one of our best travel experiences ever, while traveling as a family with 2 kids. Partly due to the fact that we really liked this small town & what it has to offer; but in a big way due to this property and it’s management.
We were traveling with a 2 month old baby and the management ensured that we had the right apartment and the right cot for the baby. The kitchen is fully stocked and the apartment was super clean when we reached.
The pool and sauna were very well maintained and clean. The lawns are nice and can be used to relax, and there is also a Spielplatz for kids.
Underground parking is there and can be accessed by using your home key.
To sum it up I would whole heartedly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Upper Bavaria.

All other hotels were closed and no too much to do in the town either. Pity , it is a small village.

Personal at reception desk were rude and unpolite. Did no show any curtesy any interest to improve their rude attitude.
The staff were friendly.and welcoming, they interacted with our 3 year old and tried to make our stay as easy as possible. The dinner and breakfast were great! Wine and beer on tap, 24€ for buffet and drinks, kid ate free. Great food. The hotel is big so it is quite quiet too. The pool was spacious and really nice. Breakfast buffet was good, nice eggs and bacon and delicious homemade jam! They gave us some homemade jam as a farewell gift! We will go back!
Great place for relax. Nice spa with warm swimming pool, 5 saunas and warm whirlpool. Relax area with the view to waterfall and another with the beach sand.

Fantastic location, friendly welcome, friendly and helpful staff, very clean and pleasant room, good breakfast and dinner (optional), beautiful winter garden and terrace with view on the Wilder Kaiser mountain, good feelings.
This place exceeded our expectations. Rooms were lovely & so cozy. We loved to buffet breakfast too. This hotel also had free parking which was very convenient for us.
