The location is convinient, close to motorway. The garden, pool, facilities are good. Room Was clean. Staff in the restaurant very positive, helpful and kind.
The only issue was the reception and the car charging point that is always not available when you want to use it. I had to argue with the manager on duty for 30 minutes until they let me in to charge the car. I would not stay at your hotel if you would not say on booking.com that you have charging point available for your customers. I was basically told to go the ”petrol stations” to pay for my charge instead as the Duty Manager of this place has to pay for her petrol car. This person was just rude to me and totally unprofessional….not to mention that She was laughing at me that electric cars are not real cars ;) I am happy to provide more info to the hotel managment about this incident or to booking com, if you are interested. Will rather not use again just because of this unpleasent situation at the reception and the fact that they do not want customers to use their charging point….and to be honest…I am happy to pay for the charging, but you need to be prepared for it.

Great location in the centre of the village.
I was able to book in much earlier than expected.
The Breakfast selection is good, and the Coffee machine is always available throughout the day, which is much appreciated.
All the staff are very helpful.
The Hotel is 15mins walk from the Railway Station.
I used the Hotel as a base for trips to the Theatre in Erl essentially, and it takes an hour to walk there.

Fantastic location, spectacular snowy mountain views, gorgeous outdoor terraces and cosy indoor settings in Bavarian tradition. Lots to do (hiking, sight-seeing) if you are ever tired of wellness and beauty treatments. We had two lovely big bedrooms next to each other with a huge connecting balcony. Excellent breakfast bar with everything you could want including vegan and vegetarian options. Swimming pool, saunas, white sandy indoor beach -- all fantastic and very relaxing.

All other hotels were closed and no too much to do in the town either. Pity , it is a small village.

Personal at reception desk were rude and unpolite. Did no show any curtesy any interest to improve their rude attitude.

The Suites are a 10min walk from Oberaudorf Railway Station. The Town has a good selection of Shops and Restaurants. The Pool is fantastic, and initially it was a massive attraction.
From the Suites you can walk across a footbridge into Austria and attend performances at the Erl Opera Houses

I cannot fault the suites for design, comfort and the exceptional service I received.
Super friendly staff and very considerate. This hotel feels more like a 4-5 star hotel but only misses spa and pool. Everything was perfect and the breakfast offers a lot of home made produce.
