Central location in lovely historic street, easy access to great local bus service. Nice terrace for relaxing. We had a great view of the Zugspitze & surrounding mountains from room 308. Traditional decor was dark but quirky! Remember to make sure you ask for the bus pass at reception.

There is so much to do in this area, and this hotel is ideally placed to see it all. At the end of a dead end leading onto a hiking path. We even saw some fireflies. Clean with friendly staff who speak excellent English.

We loooved our stay in this hotel and would love to come back some day. The room was neat and clean, the owner super friendly and a great host and the town was good located and very traditional. The included breakfasts were also really good.
Room had a balcony with a nice view on the mountains. The hotel did not offer breakfast at the time (maybe because of the covid pandemic). I recommend the traditional bavarian restaurant 200m from there as well as the bakerei for breakfast.
The location of the hotel is perfect as a starting point for the touristic objectives in the area.
