We had a great stay at the apartment (family of 4). Communication was fast and informative. Location was great and a free on site parking made the visit very convenient. The garden area is very picturesque. The swimming pool is great.

We loved staying here. We arrived in the middle of the night, had no issue getting in. The beds are very comfortable and large, there is lots of open space, and everything was immaculately clean. We wished we could stay longer and will return for sure. The host was lovely, quick to respond and easy going. Would highly recommend to all!

Whilst initial impressions may not appear promising, Nordhausen does have a pretty old town, some interesting museums and galleries and pleasant parks. It is also a very compact city with many of the main attractions easily reached on foot. It also has a small tram system which is useful for getting about. Pleased be advised that there is not much in the way of night life, there is a theatre and cinema and a few good restaurants and bars but not much else happening at night.

Nordhausen is a more interesting town than you might think.
Nordhausen is a more interesting town than you might think. Most of it had to be rebuilt in the communist style after WW2, but there is still an old quarter with cobbled streets and timber framed houses which was restored and the contrasts between the two are interesting to see. Couple of nice parks as well.
Barfuss restaurant in the old town is nice. Town is southern terminus of the Harz narrow gauge railway - well worth a trip. City centre fairly compact for walking around.

The room is very spacious and cozy furnished. Having a pet with you is no problem (although it costs extra). the bed is comfy. The hotel is located right in the center of Nordhausen - which makes it a bit tricky to reach by car (since it is located in a pedestrian zone but if you come by train it is easy since it is literally across the station) and you are close to all shops. There is also a river with a bit of trees and meadows around just a few steps away - to walk your dog in the morning which I appreciated.
The location itself is beautiful and within driving distance of Nordhausen town which meant it was very quiet which we liked. The parking space was right outside which was convenient. The room was a good size and very comfortable & clean. We had a great night's sleep!
Well presented hotel for my two night stay. With my in/out times I didn't speak to any staff, my keys had been left on reception. Outside of Nordhausen it's an easy 12min walk to the tram stop & there is a bus stop nearby.
