The property location is really good: close to the main station, close to promenade. the room was very nice with patio, very clean, comfortable. the internet was really slow for my own needs and the food was basic. I assumed that a four stars hotels had a different cuisine. please don’t misunderstand me, the food was was fresh, good, divers ( from fish to cheese and all sorts) but was missing completely the creativity, innovation, was more like I would open the fridge. the stuff was nice, helpful only if asked otherwise distant.
Unfortunately we didn’t get a complimentary breakfast because we booked through booking.com. We needed cash to pay €17 euro, which we did not have since we were robbed in Amsterdam the night before. So, no hotel breakfast was had.
Absolutely great team! We had to arrive late, and the administration of the hotel orginized everything perfectly so we won't have any troubles.
Moreover, amazing cozy room, nice breakfast and overall great hotel.
Very easy check-in and check-out. Within walking distance from the train and ferry station Norddeich Mole. Very quiet location with view on a nice small lake. Spacious room.
