Super kind staff. We booked at 11 pm and arrived at 11:30. The staff was extremely friendly despite us arriving slightly late at night. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Good size room. Breakfast was quite good. Perfect for a short stay after a long day on the autobahn.

It was wonderful that everything was at a table for the breakfast and we sat there. We were also able to get hot water for tea one evening for tea bags we had brought with us. Also one afternoon we had coffee in the room. The room was wonderful. We were able to sit at the sofa and have time to talk, since the weather wasn´t so great when we were there to be outside. Lots of space!!!

The southern area of the heath seems to be quieter and less commercial than other parts. Don’t miss a visit to “Schwinde Quelle”. The springs are a truly magical display of nature! With parking less than 50 meters away it's accessible to all ages of visitors.

Very nice and friendly staff, super breakfast and very good restaurant. We had a super room (again, we have been there before, and will definetely come again) with parking right outside the hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of Lüneburger Heide.

Hotel is really beautiful. Staff is extremely nice. You do need a car since it is located in pure country area. No public transportation that I could see.

Room has no air-conditioning but we found there was no need. It was cold during the nights.
