The surroundings were very quiet. The bathroom is new and modern. They allowed dogs for 10euro/night, which was cheap.

The hotel allows you a unique experience. We were there for 2 nights with our daughter over the weekend and it was really nice. It’s has a nice and comfy atmosphere. The owners and the staff are kind and try to make you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and there were many different things to eat. The Bolognese Spätzle on the diner menu was also delicious. Their choice of wines were sufficient.
We loved the atmosphere in this hotel and the beautiful wooden furnishings throughout including in our room. It was for us very conveniently situated in the centre of Nideggen with safe parking just across the road in a small courtyard area. We were only there for one night so didn't see a lot of our hosts, but they were very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, fantastic fresh bread!
On entering the Hotel our host was very welcoming, he carried some of our luggage up to the room. We entered our room to find it was beautiful and comfortable and had a balcony. Breakfast the next day was tasty but did not offer cereal which a lot of people enjoy.
Mostly the location of the hotel. Quiet little town, friendly people. Very historical. The hotel is small, just 5 rooms, and clean. Connected to a historical building. Overall a lovely place to stay
