The location was ideal. Directly across from the train station and close to great restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern. Simple and well thought out.
I booked for 2 adults and 3 children. (3-5 and 7 yrs old)...
I booked for 2 adults and 3 children. (3-5 and 7 yrs old) When we arrived we only got 4 beds and 4 pillows.
Staff was not willing to come up with a solution and told me this was a problem I had to take up with booking.com.
Staff was very unfriendly.

This is a very small village but there is another restaurant...
This is a very small village but there is another restaurant there where we had a nice meal. Very close to the Austrian border, you can literally walk across the bridge to Austria. Very close to Passau which is an incredibly beautiful town.
The hotel was nice; the personnel very friendly, understanding and helpful (they put our food in the hotel's cold room, because there was no fridge in the room and too hot that day/night); the room nice, but a bit old.
