This hotel was charming! We were in the top floor, up a narrow staircase in an attic-like room. We loved it! Bathroom was large with a good shower. There is a little court yard and you can buy bottled wine, beer and soft drinks at a very good price. We ate at the restaurant which was convenient and delicious. We’d stay again for sure!

Quiet location, spacious apartment, large comfortable beds. This is the first place we've stayed in Europe that has mosquito netting on the window in the bedroom...so nice for opening the window at night without worrying about what might come inside. We enjoyed walking around the small town in the evening after our arrival. Ingrid was nice and helpful by phone messaging.

Fantastic environment. Old construction but well maintained. Good balance between old and new.
Room was large (we had the deluxe version ) and very clean. Nice and spacious bathroom, with Villeroy & Boch equipment. Of course.
Breakfast was very generous and provided many options. Breakfast rooms (yes, more than one) were superbly decorated and featured V&B plates, cups, etc. Definitely classy.
Staff was impeccable, helpful, and spoke other languages besides German.
For us, the price point was higher than most of our other nights, however we fully appreciated every moment we spent there. Highly recommended. Memorable. Thank you!

The hotel was beautiful and so cute tucked off the road with nice greenery all around it. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful to us. There was a small playground for the kids which they also loved. Views from the room of the hillside and surrounding greenery were wonderful.
more than horrible the carpet at the room is fully dirty
hôtel restaurant is fully booked and they don’t mention that when I confirm my reservation by phone they propose to eat outside the hotel and it was horrible 1 star hotel and when I discuss with the manager next days they tell me I give you the best service to propose you another

Hotel limousine transport from the airport and the following day to the railway station. The exceptional staff in all areas that we met and looked after us. The comfort of the room and bed. The peace and quiet of the hotel and its surroundings.
the location is very nice but you need a car to reach there , Lux is just 5 min away ( by car) from hotel .
the staff was really good and room ( junior suit) we got was very specious
The hotel in general, the room and the swimming pool areas were really nice
We also had some cocktails in the lobby bar, which were fantastic. The barman was superb.
