Very pretty hotel. Parking available on the road, but there is a garage a short walk away. Lovely room. On the landing there was a selection of beers and wines for your consumption and you just paid for them when checking out. The landlady knew exactly what we had had. There was also a selection of snacks with an honesty box for payment. What a wonderful idea. Very friendly landlady. Willing to take our bags to our room if required. The weather was appalling but there were umbrellas by the front door for guests use. Only stayed one night as a stopover going back home but definitely come back again for a longer stay. Location was good. The river Maine is a short walk away and I would imagine that when the weather is good the walks are lovely. There is a restaurant next to the hotel but we used one in town called Gasthaus zum Riesen.

We loved the extremely spacious very homely feel of the apartment which got everything you need in a holiday home. It was clean, had plenty of towels, cutlery, crockery, great WiFi reception etc. The balcony is wonderful, it brings the outdoor in. The hosting couple was exceptionally friendly, they even left us a fruit bowl in the apartment and gave us a chocolate goodbye present.
It's also only a 5 minute walk to the train station or 15 minutes into the old town centre. But if you want to walk you're equally only 10 minutes away from the woods.
It was perfect for us. We were only 3 but could easily accommodate 5. No reason not to come back!

Milenberg is a very good place to stay if you are travelling one of the Autobahns (A3 or A7) and are looking for a nice stop-over. Very charming town with lots of restaurants and old houses. If you have time - take a one hour cruise on the river Main
Rosi and Christian were wonderful, friendly, super-accommodating hosts. They went out of their way to help, always available on WhatsApp, dropping of iron/ironing board/drying rack when I needed it, and were just lovely people :) The apartment was modern, comfortable, spacious, and had absolutely everything you could need. The location was great, conveniently situated five minutes from Miltenberg centre and within two minutes of a supermarket. Recommended!
Felt amazing living in an ancient and one of the most photographed buildings in Miltenberg.
The Hotel is located adjacent to the church and a stone throw away from the Main river.
The suite was beautiful with a quaint covered balcony.
Everything about the place felt really old and historic.

We loved this hotel and it's fascinating history. We had a gorgeous room, much bigger than we expected, with a majestic bed and a separate sitting area. You feel like you have traveled back in time and, like the previous guests, you feel like royalty when you stay here!
it was such a lovely experience coming to a hotel like this, all those nice little touches (just you need to read German too :) ). Clean, allows late check-in after a call, exceptional environment, hefty breakfast.
