The room was spacious and had an excellent location. The recommendations from the front desk for restaurants were excellent. Traveling from here to the Munich airport was an easy bus ride. We were happy to spend our last night in Germany here instead of Munich.

We love the Isar Hotel and staff. The staff is so friendly and helpful to give details about the area! We stay here any time we are in Munich area. It is a quick 10 minute drive to the airport, but located in a small town outside Munich. You can also easily walk about 20 minutes to the train station and head into Munich.
The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is excellent! There is parking right outside the hotel.

It was a nice, modern, clean place to stay and a great value. I would be happy staying here again when we need to be close to the airport. The housekeeper was great. I had a 24-hour stomach bug the first night we arrived and the next day he was kind enough to come disinfect the room for me so I didn't share with the rest of my family. Everyone else stayed healthy, so yay!

Very clean room and quiet location. The hotel is only 10 minutes from Munich airport which makes early departures a breeze.
Munich Snow storm an emergency situation. No trains 5 hours to get a taxi. I could not get a taxi or uber. Property not have a phone communication only through sms. God help us in emergency and any property that has zero phone communication should not be listed booking.com. I will never use booking.com again as they have no idea about these properties.A 76 years old woman spent night at airport.

Everything was good, but regarding the treatment, we arrived at the place at 12:00, and check-in was at 2 o’clock, and the rain was heavy. We tried to enter just and wait until check-in time, but they kicked us out of the hotel and told us that we would enter at 2 o’clock. We know, but the rain outside is very strong with the children. They could put us in a room. In the restaurant or in the reception chairs until check-in time
Wonderful garden restaurant. Great place for a good meal or a drink after a long day of travel.
Lots of wood and painted cabinets make for a homey ambience rather than a sterile hotel feel.
The train to Munich takes 40 minutes and the station is close by. Twenty minute drive to the airport.
We had internet glitches and the staff was very helpful in getting it fixed immediately

Breakfast is very good. It costs 8.5 Euro but there are plenty of foods and choices . I recommend having breakfast in the hotel because of good quality of breakfast and I could not find restaurant in the area that open in the morning.
Very uncomplicated hotel to stay. Well organized. Check in friendly and quick. Good place to stay to reach Munich airport. Room ok. Breakfast we didn`t take because of early leaving. Dinner we took in the Biergarten. Food ok. The waitress was doing her best but one person for all clients is under manned.
Very friendly and helpful. My rental car broke down so I had no way to get dinner. The owners made me a Pizza and brought it to my room along with beer. Best hotel experience of the entire trip. They did not even charge me for the pizza and beer!
