Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Excellent customer service mentality. Nice small hotel on the main road between Malchow and Waren Müritz. Cosy restaurant with regional fare. Rooms good, clean and sufficiently equipped. Would definitely use this accommodation again. Parking right by the hotel.

The building is beautiful. The garden and the greenhouses were really wonderful. Also the view from the window. The breakfast on the terrace was also very nice. The choice of drinks in the room fridge is good and fairly priced, with nice wine glasses also available.

The hotel is right in the centre of Waren and was yet quiet for sleeping. The lake was within easy walking distance and there was a garage where we could park our bikes. Breakfast was good and the receptionist friendly.

Peaceful location. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the town from the hotel. The staff were very nice. The room was very clean. We did not use the sauna so can't comment.
