Quirky hotel with a retro feel and a nice beer garden to relax in. The underground parking is good if you can get in… we couldn’t the first night, but the reception guys allowed us to leave our car in the drop-off zone, so it was fine

The breakfasts in the hotel were first class, the manager said they had some of the best breakfasts in town, and that was certainly the case.
We had a three bed room, which was well set out with a separate sitting area and was also very good for doing a bit of work during our stay.

The city is very clean, full of activities. There are many historical castels. The sights along the Rhine and Mosel rivers are very beautiful. However, it is not easy to rent a bike and return it at another place. The Rhein Bike is a good example, yet there are too few such bikes and too few parking places. For the bike tour from Koblenz to another city in the nearby, this is rather inconvenient.

Koblenz is a bustling city situated where the Rhine and Mosel meet. The combined sightseeing tour of a 70-minute boat trip and a ride in the cable car to the castle for 24 Euros was good value. The old city is mostly pedestrianised, and there is an abundance of eating and drinking locations.

The old town is very charismatic and walkable.
The old town is very charismatic and walkable. Also there is a cable car which takes you to a castle on the opposite side of the river. One frustration, for us, was trying to find a German restaurant. Plenty of Italian and other nationalities, but very difficult to find a German restaurant in the Old Town area. Koblenz appears to be popular with river cruises and we believe offers day cruises "in season". We did find one "hidden gem" in the Old Town, Wirthaus am Huhnermarkt. Without a doubt, they serve the best Wiener Schnitzel we have ever had.

I have a lot of photos to share so other people don’t make the same mistake we did. On Entering the hotel we were horrified by the condition of it. I now understand why you only post what the rooms look like. It was filthy. I had an asthma attack almost straight away. The dues, cobwebs broken doors NOT TO MENTION THAT THE WINDOWS WHERE NAILED SO THEY CANNOT BE OPENED. IT IS A FIRE HAZARD WAITING TO HAPPEN AND THERE IS NO WAY OUT OTHER THEN THE FRONT DOOR. FIRST NIGHT WE STAYED ELSEWHERE DUE TO ME GETTING SICK , second NIGHT we spent the night at your Honeybee which was a disaster. YOUR HONEEBEE COST $ 2000 dollars and although we tried to contact the manager to place us else where HE CHOSE TO ONLY COMUNICATE IN GERMAN THEN TOTALLY IGNORED US AND DID NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE. WE BOOKED OURSELFS INTO ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH WAS LOVELY AND CLEAN. SO FAR WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMPASSION FOR OUR 10 days we were supposed to have stayed there. If any one wants to see photos of HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS I AM HAPPY TO SHAER. 🤬😱😢🥺😩📷
Comfortable and efficiently run business hotel that is also well located for tourists very close to the train and bus stations. Just over 10 minutes walk from the river, old town, and shops. Good-sized rooms and wide selection of breakfast items. The refreshment area remained open for hot and cold drinks in the evenings. Helpful staff. We appreciated the secure bike storage since we were on a cycle tour.
The location was great, just beside the old town and close to the river. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. There was a safe in the room. Our room was exceptionally quiet for an hotel room, which we really appreciated.
We stayed 4 nights here and use Koblenz as a base to travel around the Rhine and Mosel villages by train. Hotel location well serves our purpose. Located a bit far from Koblenz old town but not a problem to walk. We liked the hotel itself.
The hotel is in a good location, the old town is in an easy walking distance.
The room was newly equipped, comfortable bed, clean, very friendly staff.
We had a back street view, so there was no noise from the busy main road.
