At check in the gentleman was very friendly and engaged with our son. I liked being on the third floor and at the end. It was quiet. The room and bathroom was very clean. The location was good and with in walking distance for what we needed.

Very friendly staff, nice and quiet room, comfortable bed, easy to use free Wifi with very good performance and reliability, proper desk suitable for working, coffee maker in the room and one free bottle of water, private parking lot onsite. Although I didn't travel on business this time, this hotel would be a great choice for business travellers. I didn't have the opportunity to check out restaurant, bar and gym.
Such lovely hosts, they were reachable at all times and helped me in every possible way. I would fully recommend to anyone looking to travel to Kaarst.
