What a beautifully quaint hotel located just short walks to the city’s lake and to sightseeing around Iserlohn. The staff, accommodations, rooms, and the food is of the highest quality and exceptional. On several occasions I made special requests and the staff went out of their way to meet my needs. I highly recommend this lovely hotel and rate it one of the best in Germany.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find, but once found was in a great position to explore the town. We had a super room on the ground floor with entrance hall, bedroom and bathroom, very spacious and all spotlessly clean. Nice outlook and comfortable bed, very good heating. The staff were all helpful. They didn’t speak English, but understood our limited German. There was a super choice on the breakfast buffet and eggs cooked as requested. A lovely cafe/bakery, right next door. Convenient car parking.
It’s an elegant but modern hotel, cared in every detail, from the cozy lounge to the stylish restaurant. In Iserlohn is so far my best experience I ever had.
