1. Location next to central train station with buses to city centre close by allowed ready access to travel to Munich for a day trip and walk into Ingolstadt through the very scenic parks in just 30 mins.
2. The bed was super comfortable.
3. I requested a quiet room and was advised best quiet room was facing street business class. I booked this and the room was really quiet. Even with the windows open it was comfortable. There was a tree outside my window giving a lovely leafy view.

The first thing I noticed upon arriving in Ingolstadt is the cleanliness of the area from the moment I stepped off the train. I had travelled from Cologne through Berlin, Dresden and Nurnberg, stopping a view nights in each place, and Ingolstadt was the best ‘first impression’ of a city I experienced. This continued throughout the 3 days I spent there. The train station is located in a leafy area next to a beautiful park and surrounded by 3 churches. The city has numerous walkways and cycle routes alongside the river and through beautiful gardens. The city is extremely peaceful and had beautiful architecture and many historic buildings and sights. You will find good coffee shops and some of the best traditional food dishes in Germany. I LOVED this place and can’t wait to return.

The city also has most of the stores but I can't say we visited it much.

Nice little town.
Nice little town. Worth to stay couple of days and explore museums, downtown, and restaurants. We had dinner at Gasthaus Daniel - great food. Enjoyed walking around the downtown. Better to stay at the hotel in the centre and explore surroundings.

I returned to Ingolstadt after a 28 year gap.
I returned to Ingolstadt after a 28 year gap. I had studied there through the German studies program from St. Cloud State University, so much of the city has changed. It had become busier than I remember, but there were plenty of familiar places.
We cannot compare it with other accommodations in the region, but having a lot of travelling experience, we were absolutely satisfied with this hotel. We were on the road and arrived very late, but it was okay for them (a kind night receptionist was waiting for us). Our room was big enough for us and our 2kids, we had a great sleep, the beds are comfy, the AC is silent. We did not have breakfast, no info on that. The safe option for parking is also ok, but has a price. Overall we woud return and can recommend it!
We came to Ingolstadt to visit the Audi Forum. The hotel is next to the station and bus terminal so transport was easy. The hotel provided us with a free travel card on the metro which was fantastic as it allowed us to travel to the “Old town” which was great for sightseeing and dining. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff and they assisted us as required.
Fully autonomous hotel without a reception or stuff. Great web app with all answers and keys. Modern, clean, great location for travelers on auto. Supermarket and Burger King are located near. And very fair price!
