The facade, parking, had restaurant so could dine in. The room was clean and bathroom good also.

It was just what we needed as one night stop on our long car travel. Nice and clean hotel with parking just in front hotel. Very nice reception at arrival, clean and big enough room, nice breakfast and after that we had to continue our journey.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed( towels, hair dryer, hangers). A nice touch was a free mini bar. I think that we got a great room for the price we paid.

The hotel Munzert is conveniently located regarding public transportation. The city of Hof offers an own regional airport, which serves connections to Nuremberg or Frankfurt.
A small university town, with few sights to see. The downtown or main street had cool stores and a mini flea market going on. Food options were limited, not much for vegans as far as I could see. Taxis are plenty, but they have to be called on a local number. And they require YOU to provide a baby car seat, which is difficult if you are travelling for just 2-3 days. Other wise relaxing and nice place to visit. Public transport is very well organised and many areas are within walking distance.
This is a 4-star hotel - so no unpleasant surprices... Everything was fine:
- staff very nice and helpful
- location and parking - just a few steps from the city centre (like 10 minutes walk)
- outstanding breakfast
- very large room and bed
