The room is a good size with a big window and glass door onto a nice little balcony with a chair. Two single beds pushed together with two (small) single duvets! Bed was comfortable enough; slept well. Tele. Some of the room looks updated. The rest looks outdated. The 1970’s glass & brass lamp is ‘retro’ at best! Small things like this. The shower room and toilet has been refurbished to a high standard. Big glass shower cubicle with two headed shower. The second shower head on the side wall is in the way! Funky sink and impressive mirror and radiator. Everything very smart with stupid 1970’s plastic hairdryer! Why? Toiletries and towels. Plenty of hot water. Downstairs is a bar and restaurant. The receptionist/bar girl/waitress was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. The soups were lovely. The steak with pepper sauce too salty by far; but good portions. Krombacher beer if you interested. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of it at a good price. Gherkins!

The apartment was very clean and everything you need was there (towels, shower gel, even toothbrushes, ...) We liked the fact that we had a patio outside that we could have dinner at. One thing that is not advertised but comes in very handy is that there is a large garage where we putted our motorcycles. We loved it that upon arrival a bottle of wine and two beers were allready in the fridge for us!

Huge apartment with comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and beautiful garden. Sadly, we arrived quite late and left early as we were transporting dogs from Albania to the UK but would love to go back when we have more time.
