The room was very peaceful. I didn't hear a single noise while in it, neither door slams, nor neighbours or other guests' voices. It was excellent.
The bed was very comfy, the mattress having the adequate toughness for assuring a good rest. The three nights I stayed there were great.
The breakfast was very good. The buffet included all that is needed as regards food and drinks (except sweet fruits), to keep going until dinner time. Everything was of the utmost quality and very tasty. Besides there is no music in the restaurant at breakfast time. Consequently, the atmosphere is especially pleasant, which contributes considerably to enjoy that meal.
All the staff members are extremely kind and helpful, especially the ones working at the front desk.

I stayed in Heilbronn one night for work and I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was kind and patient. The atmosphere inside is very calming and refreshing. Despite being on a trafficked road, there was low noise from the cars and trains. The room was spacious and cosy. Especially the bathroom, which was clean, functional and beautiful. The themed room is a nice plus. Mine was Sydney.

I booked 2 rooms (for myself and a colleague) because we wanted to participate in the Trollinger Marathon in Heilbronn. We choose the Parkhotel because I stayed there before for business and I can truly recommend the hotel. Just the overal atmosphere is really pleasant and the rooms feel nice and clean. The breakfast is very good - but even though they use this charge in many hotels, I find €20 p/p for breakfast quite steep.
