What a delightful little hotel, and what a friendly and cooperative person there to receive you!! An absolutely first-rate experience from the word go! The arrival and reception was a pure joy and the room was spotlessly clean!! Just so with the washroom!! And what a good size of the room! Really very, very nice!! In the morning, the breakfast was again right up to the mark! Without being over the top, you got all what you needed, and a little bit more! The hostess took very good care of the guests in her own quietly efficient manner, and I have nothing but very generous praise for her!
I know it is off-season for the whole area, but I cannot imagine a better experience at this price!! Absolutely outstanding!!

Perfectly furnished and equipped apartments. Quite. Excellent location for car trips, cycling and hiking. Bus stop, grocery shop and cycling route, all are in 2 minutes. Private parking. Excellent garage for bikes. Own schnapps store. :)

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
There was a secure bike shed (with charging point) for our e-bikes and a parking space for our car.
The terrace with its beautiful gardens was a real bonus and made the holiday for us.
Hagnau is a lovely little town and an excellent base for exploring the best bits of the Bodensee cycle route.
The nearby Pizzeria Bar Centrale was a firm favourite.

A nice friendly village directly on the lake. Superb local wines, which can be bought at the "Winzerverein" . In summer it is sometimes a bit busy, but there are many activities. In winter Hagnau is very quiet (which we like). Most restaurants are then closed. But if you like walking, walk to Meersburg (good Italian restaurant on the seafront) or to Immenstaad (restaurant Heinzler). If you stay in an apartment buy the superb lake fish (Felchen, Hecht, Zander) from the local fishermen (e.g. Waldvogel) and treat yourself to some of the best freshwater fish I know. If you like hiking and the very quiet part of the year February is a really nice period. Anaway Hagnau is always a worth a visit.

Charming hotel a few minutes walk from the lake. The meal in the restaurant was superb and breakfast was fabulous. The room was gorgeous with seating area and balcony. It is a pity we only spent one night there on our way home from Italy.
It was my second stay in this hotel. Still a great experience. Still very nice and friendly staff.
Do not hesitate to dine at the restaurant of the hotel. Every day new meals prepared by the chef.
The location is excellent, due to it being direct on the Bodensee in Hagnau. The room was delightful and Petra Deuter is extremely nice and helpful and a wonderful hotel manager.
