The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the centre of Ingolstadt and we were particularly pleased with the secure, private underground parking. We are more than happy to pay for a locked garage in the centre of a town or city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; reception, breakfast and room staff.
Good sized room, lift, no noise from the road outside, desk with upright seat and two comfortable chairs (too often these days we find a room for two people only has one chair). Good sized bathroom with 2 wash handbasins. Sadly for us the restaurant was closed the evening we were there; we could see it is popular by the number of people there for lunch the next day. However, it was no problem because there is a lovely cafe / restaurant right opposite. Although there is no coffee / tea making facilities in the room, these are provided on the second floor. We found the breakfast good with ample variety.
I was traveling for business and needed accommodation for one night. I stayed here in February 2022. It's good value for money if you require a bed, hot shower and decent breakfast. The internet bandwidth was ok, enough to do some work stuff. Also, I recommend having dinner at the restaurant near the hotel, traditional food and big portions! When I stayed there most people there were traveling for business, mostly blue collar jobs.
Kind and helpful staff! Reliable and fast WiFi. Moreover there is free parking on site and it's easy to reach. Near the hotel, the family also runs a rustic restaurant serving good Bavarian food, which I recommend.
