The host was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was complete and delicious, eggs made to order besides fresh fruit, cheese, and bread. Fresh juice and honey, along with jams. The view of the mountain from the front of the property was fenomenal. The beds were comfortable, and there was a towel warmer. The spa area smelled great, and the I fra red chairs were amazingly comfortable. They made a nice place to relax and they give you robes. there were beautiful flowers everywhere. And the cute dome was for rent. The poop smell made it a very country-like experience, and the naked people in the sauna made it an authentic European experience I won't have to repeat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view is spectacular! The grounds were beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The spa was great! The breakfast was excellent every morning with the table all set with our name placement card. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious! The location was super especially for getting to the Zugspitze cable car and for enjoying all the trails in the area. The local town area was quaint, within walking distance, and had a great Italian Pizzaria and ice cream shop. We enjoyed afternoon and evening beverages on the outside patio looking up at the gorgeous Alps.

Our apartment had a wonderful view of the mountains from the dining and living room area. Although there was no restaurant near by, we had a kitchen for most of our meals, which helped keep the food costs reasonable. We have a large family and spending an extravagant amount every meal just is not feasible. Still, Garmisch is only a short 12 km drive where diners can choose any type of selection they wish.
