The staff were especially friendly and helpful.

a nice castle look a like hotel on top of the hill in Daun. The beautiful clean, spacious room and bath room, the very comfortable beds, the beautiful furniture and good tea/coffee facilities, all was top. A delicious breakfast!

Awesome food. They had vegan options for breakfast and for diner. I did not expect that in the Eifel.
The woman which seemed to manage the hotel was really friendly and competent and attentive.
