The location was ideal as we wanted to visit Exus, which is within walking distance. My son's Apple phone ran out of power and he had forgotten to bring his charging cable. Our host, Irina, was very helpful and was able to supply one almost immediately. It was later on that we noticed a "fast charger" on the desk....whoops :-)
We especially liked the space. Although the property was marketed as a 2-bedroom apartment, it felt more like a 3-bedrooms. My husband and I shared the double bedroom, my son took the sofa bed in the kitchen/diner and grandson was very happy on his sofa bed in the living room.
We also loved the rain shower - very nice.
The kitchen was well stocked with various teas, coffee, sugar, creamer - even beer!, which we drank but replaced ;-)
The neighbourhood was quiet and we were able to sleep undisturbed after taking part in events at Exus.
What a great little hotel.
Room was well appointed, clean and spacious.
Ideally located for the town and local attractions with free underground parking.
Whilst no coffee / tea making facility in the room there were two bottles of water and in the foyer a coffee machine that was free to use and was a very decent coffee too!
Definately on our "return and explore more" list.
Great hotel in the suburbs of Ausgburg. Beautifully decorated, with very comfy beds, and brand new facilities. Great buffet breakfast (best omelettes ever).
