Simple self check-in once we realised which building we were in. A large room with terrace, sofa, desk and chair. A bathroom and a separate toilet was a bonus. A good night's sleep in a comfortable bed and it was very quiet in the area. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was good to see a mosquito net on the terrace door so we could have it open.
Amazing self-catering apartments as part of the fabulous family run Hirschen hotel and gastronomy offering, with their fantastic restaurants nearby. Their customer focus is superb. The rooms have very high quality fittings, include a kitchenette, and there are also shared laundry facilities and a large kitchen for cooking. The best are the beds, with probably the most comfortable mattress I have slept on in a long time!
What the worst hotel that I have experienced. There's no reception. For the check in, I have to go to other hotel far from about 1km. They didn't give the room that they show. there are so many diffenrent things that they described in booking.com
Lovely hotel in great location. Fantastic food , we availed of dinner, bed and breakfast. Gorgeous selection of good food. Local produce.
Great family room.

Very friendly staff in a very nicely designed and decorated hotel. Great view over the lake while the spa and pool will be perfect both in summer and winter.
