Freyunger Berghaus offers accommodations in Freyung, 23 miles from Cathedral Passau and 23 miles from Passau Central Station. This vacation home provides free private parking and free Wifi.
Location was fantastic - easy access by car with private parking and situated most of the way up the hill overlooking the town. We weren't there to visit the Landesgartenschau (May - Oct), but it would be an ideal location from which to do so. All amenities are present and it comfortably fits five people. Freyung is a reasonably-sized town to explore and there are splendid walks all around through glorious forests. Contact with the owner is exceptional and extremely accommodating.
Large, clean, comfortable, and attractive holiday home. The linens and towels were good quality, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Parking was ample. The village was quiet and peaceful, but there was a small grocery store only a block away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping were available in Freyung <10 min drive and the Baumwipfelpfad was also only about 10 min away.
Very friendly and helpful owners! they helped us with the ski arrangements and all other many requests and advices. It's a nice cozy atmosphere in the hotel.
We found the breakfast really great: tastly, self made, everything you need and with lots of local foods, it all brings it to the next level
Everything was ok! The staff has been very nice to us waiting for our arrival till the very end also some minutes after the limit. The hotel is nice, clean, lot of space for parking! It was our second time here
