It was on my bicycle route, and perfect. The dining room was being renovated so closed for dinner and breakfast, but that will not last forever.

Located on a technology park on the outskirts of the town, effectively in a rural area so very pleasant and quiet. (Some low background traffic hum could be heard from the main road a little distance away although this did not detract from our stay).
Plenty of parking.
The bedrooms are situated in a separate building to the main reception/restaurant area, although access is via a short covered walkway so no problems regarding moving between the 2 areas in the event of bad weather. We had a good sized room, with beds for 3 people although there were only 2 of us. There was a large screen TV - good for watching the Euro 2024 football from the comfortable chairs provided. The beds were similarly comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep.
The room did not have total blackout as the blinds did not fully cover the entire window. The windows could, however, be opened for ventilation.
No kettle or tea/coffee provided in the room, just a bottle of water.
There was a reasonable choice of tasty items at breakfast, which was served in the restaurant at which we had eaten the previous evening - decent food then as well. There were plenty of tables in the garden outside if you wished to eat there.

We have not stayed for long enough to form a reasoned opinion, but the behaviour, demeanour and attitude of the locals we encountered during a walk and food shopping were extremely negative.
The city seems depressed. Across the river on the Polish side was much more lively and friendly.
In short, I would stay here during a stop over to elsewhere, but there was nothing to make me think I would like to visit for the sake of visiting Frankfurt O Oder.
The hotel is superbly situated, close to the railway station, bus and tram stops and the center of the town. I enjoyed silence in the room (no noises from other rooms, which is not a rule in hotels) and I could appreciate it was clean and cleaned regularly.
Fantastic location, great staff, comfortable and clean room, near a park so easy to travel with a dog; I tend to pass this location often but none of the other hotels were as exquisite as this, a new favorite place for sure - will be back again.
