The room was very cozy. Bed was comfortable, we slept good. Breakfast was very delicious. We particularly liked the selection of fresh baked bread and different home made marmalade and jams.
All the staff were very nice and friendly.

Wonderful breakfast, the staff at the reception were remarkably friendly and very helpful. One of our group forgot his phone in the bar and when we arrived at our restaurant, the girl from the reception had already phoned the restaurant to tell us, she had found the phone. Where do you find service like that anymore?

Euskirchen is a small town just recovering from the 2021 flooding. Most shops and restaurants are back in operation. Euskirchen is easy to overlook with very good connection to larger cities, my favourite Cologne but also Bonn. So quite good place to live because prices are different from the large towns. Euskirchen is located close to the Eifel region, with a variety of possibilities for visits, hiking, Roman and Celtic history ...

Terrible experience and now we understand why it was the only available hotel in the neighborhood of Thermen.
Really bad breakfast! One cucumber!!! and was not even cut!!!! No eeg and one koffie machine for all the guests! Are you kidding me 4 stars hotel!

The location for me was perfect as I was visiting family who live just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. The staff were very helpful; we arrived one hour before check in but a lovely lady let us in anyway and helped us to our room. I also liked the fact that there is a bar in the hotel so after a very nice dinner out with relatives we all went back to the bar for a nightcap!
Free off the road parking is a big plus!
Spacious rooms and clean. Beautiful classic furniture, the bathroom was also very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine but basic. The parking garage beneath the hotel has its own entrance. Everything was very well secured, which gave us a good feeling. I would stay here again next time!
Modern, cosy and quiet little house. Bakery on 200 m, went on foot. The sofa bed was very comfortable and all beds were already set when we arrived. Close enough to Phantasialand. Close enough to Euskirchen center, where a very good Italian restaurant was located on the market place, with nice terrace.
