Wonderful accommodation. Clean quiet and spacious room in a great location for our travels. We were welcomed by a very kind woman at the desk who was helpful friendly and made us feel at home. We learned a lot about the area from her and enjoyed meeting her. The breakfast we had was delicious and we will absolutely stay there again when our plans allow

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the location in town was unbeatable. The hotel was very original in decor and embraced it's over-the-top gaudiness. Our room was clean and comfortable. The sauna was clean and spacious and the outdoor garden surrounded by the hotel was quiet & relaxing. Our view of the mountains from our room's balcony was superb. We enjoyed walking out the front door to enjoy the cobbled streets and 'old town' look & feel. Having a wonderful bakery directly across the street was ideal.
This 4-star hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen offers great mountain views, a modern spa, and free breakfast. The shopping area and Kurpark health facilities are a 5-minute walk away.

This was our second stay at Wiedegg Hotel Garni and again it proved the perfect choice for those attending the BMW Motorrad Days. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
The hotel is situated on a quiet residential street and has safe parking for motorcycles and cars. It is a short walk from the railway station and the centre of town.
This traditional, family-run hotel offers rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi internet in the center of Oberammergau. The main train station is less than 984 feet from the hotel.

Lovely service, great location. We had the triple room that had a balcony that was great.

Really enjoyed the hotel shuttle service that could take us all over town and the shuttle operator was very friendly.
My son absolutely loved the kids pool area with slide and mini golf course. Was also close to a number of good restaurants and the view of the Alps was nice.
Set amid the wonderful Alpine landscapes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this traditional 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities.

Good location near to downtown and supermarket. Breakfast is very delicious, varieties of food choices, bagal, and honeycomb are very delicious. Room size is big.
Ettals main, and only, attraction is the Abbey. Which is certainly impressive. You'll most likely visit Ettal for the region, as it is a great point to start your hikes and/or visit Oberammergau and Garmisch-Partenkichen. Munchen and Innsbruck are only an hour drive away.

This busy hotel has the feeling of a youth hostel.
This busy hotel has the feeling of a youth hostel. Rooms are simply but practically equipped. There’s a constant coming and going of tourists. Unfortunately,
I couldn’t bring me dog to breakfast. I wasn’t told that outside it is possible.
Breakfast was basic. Scrambled eggs came in squared chunks, thus probably defrozen. Lots of plastic (Marmelade, Butter,…)
The whole personnel is polish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I had just expected a Bavarian host.
All in all my stay here felt like holidays off an assembly line.

Beautiful town nestled in the mountains.
Beautiful town nestled in the mountains. The monastery is right at the bottom of the hill from the hotel and it’s conveniently located near Schloss Linderhof and Oberammergau. There were other hotels but we chose this one for the view AND based on the menus at other restaurants this was the best. We took a self tour of the monastery as well as bought beer from their brewery and cheese too. The hotel served the beer from the monastery as well as used it in some of their specialty dishes.

The location is beautiful with the mountains in the background. There is a lot to see in the area. The only unfortunate part was that we were between seasons and many restaurants and stores had limited hours or were closed.
This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Very well designed, equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. Peta is very friendly and kind. She kept the heater running for us as we didn't expect summer would be this cold for the last few days. The location is off the main road, quiet, next to a nice restaurant, opposite the Ettal monastery and brewery, very close to a nice little bakery which offers good simple breakfast and 15 km away from Zugspitze.
We very much enjoyed the room & the breakfast (a very hearty breakfast). The spa including the pool, the sauna, and the massage were appreciated after a long 2 weeks of travel, hiking, and playing tourist.
The proximity to the Ettal monastery and basilica (both located across the street) were the primary reason for staying at the Hotel Klosterhotel Ludwig der Bayer, so an outstanding hotel made the visit much more enjoyable.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location overlooking the village of Ettal and the valley. My favourite part was the sauna! The two dry saunas are wonderful with a door to step outside to the snow; it's a great way to end a day of adventures outside.
