Nice hotel, very friendly staff and I highly recommend it. There is an excellent Italien restaurant across the street so please try it although it is only opened Monday - Friday and reservations are required. The staff at the hotel recommended it and made reservations for us.

Very nice place, very accommodating and clean. The breakfast, more than perfect. We were very very happy during our stay. The staff kind and professional, I think that is really one of these hidden gems in the city.

Came here for Tradeshow in Frankfurt. Really like that it is only a short walk to train station and only 3 short stops to Messe in Frankfurt. Easy to come here without car. During the week several restaurants are close by within walking distance, but they are all closed on weekends. 15 Minutes walk to center of Eschborn for several restaurants on weekends. Enjoyed these walks after a long day indoors at the tradeshow. It is really easy to get around without car. REWE Grocery store close by for small snacks and necessities.

There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhoud of the hotel. We decided to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant.
We did not explore Eschborn. Our purpose to stay at the hotel was to take an exam at Pearson Vue Test Center in Frankfurt.

The room was clean, and everything worked. When I checked in, I was allocated a room on the ground floor with almost non-existent Wi-Fi. However, the reception staff's immediate response and their effort to allot me another room with better Wi-Fi was truly appreciated. This incident highlighted the great customer service at your hotel!
Overall, however, my stay was good, and I will not hesitate to return if my business brings me back to Frankfurt.
Both receptionists were friendly and helpful , I was there one night for the WTT event in Frankfurt , the hotel was close to the arena .
There are enough free parking spots if you come by car .
