A great location. The room had everything and was spotless. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
We ate in the restaurant and although not cheap, the food was excellent and was well presented.

We had a warm welcome at the Landgasthaus Gruener Baum. The room was nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable, with a private balcony overlooking the valley. We stayed for two nights and ate in the restaurant both evenings – the food was delicious! We would strongly recommend it for a stay in Simonswald.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is amazing and the hotel is very modern and blends in with nature. The rooms were very comfortable and had lovely balconies overlooking the Black Forest. The hotel is great, the breakfast is amazing, and the in-house restaurant is a must visit whether you are staying at this hotel or not. The staff was always friendly and answered all our queries. The location is a great spot to start daily excursions into the Black Forrest and other surrounding areas. There is free parking nearby, which is a big plus.
Such a cute little hotel with beautiful views. I was a little skeptical with the 1990 decor photos online but the room was so clean and comfortable! The hostess when we arrived showed us our room and side door and was very sweet!
This was our last hotel after 3 days of hiking and it was a delight to recover. Lovely wellness, very friendly staff, beautiful hotel and delicious food! Really enjoyed our stay here!
