Characterful, lovely hotel in beautiful old building. Very large, comfortable room; friendly, helpful staff; excellent restaurant with top quality food served in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was ok, about 250 metres in another building. A little bit tricky to find, but you will get there, no worries. The room was spacious, good materials, like a wooden floor, no cheap laminate, bathroom classy, in good taste, also spacious.

We were ten people and all slept comfortably. There was enough room and lots of mirrors which made it easy for us all to get ready for a wedding at the same time. The sauna was fantastic, especially after a long night of dancing.
The location was beautiful however it is more remote than we realised, which was our mistake. We would definitely hire a car next time as Uber was unreliable. Luckily the taxi service was great, it was about €16 for a XL taxi to the township so it all worked out. If you are travelling just make sure your roaming plan allows for calls so you can book them.
We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Thoughtful facilities in the place - eg washing machine, enough cooking and eating things, hairdryer, very comfortable bed and pillows, great views, lamps, easy access, great instructions to park and enter, some basic cooking things eg oil - salt- tea- coffee.

Pretty little town set on the Rhine. The houses are colourful and diverse styles making it a pleasure just to walk the streets and admire them. The walking path west along the Rhine was great for early morning 10km jogs. There are lots of little clothes shops to visit if you like shopping. We stayed two nights and it was perfect.

It is a cosy, little town.
It is a cosy, little town. I was off-season and only for one night, so the town wasn't bustling with people. I arrived by train and it is very walkable city.
If I have arrived by car, I would probably get irritated as there was a relatively large traffic jam when I left the train station and entire one-way street was filled with cars. I believe the entire region is best to be travelled by public transportation or bike or combination thereof.
There was a very nice cheese shop opposite the hotel I stayed.

I stayed one night in this small hotel in the centre of Eltville, a lovely old town on the Rhine.
Kleine Villa Rosa has a 'family-run' feel. The owner and staff were very welcoming and delightful. The room was a little on the small side, but very clean, well-equipped, and with a good en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was excellent - fruits, yoghurt, variety of breads, cheese, meats etc. Free wi-fi was fast and reliable.
The hotel is good value-for-money. Would thoroughly recommend.

The welcome drink in the room was a nice touch
The rooms were very nice (although room 12 has no internet signal. For this reason we moved to room 15)
