Good location, very polite staff. Public transport just opposite to the property. We asked for an extra bed during booking, which was missed. However, it was arranged very quickly and promptly.

We arrived late and worn out. The underground car park was spotless, well lit and warm. The service in the beautiful lobby was friendly and efficient - we felt very welcome. Our connecting rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, and to top it off staff had left colouring books, pencils, sweets and cakes for our kids! We have honestly never felt so welcomed as a family in a hotel. The breakfast was exceptionally nice. Honestly very tough to find fault at all. Thank you guys!!!
