The Hyatt is lovely, calm, and thoughtfully outfitted. This is one S-bahn stop from the airport-super super easy to get to from the station (50m if that). The area is a zone of several hotels and businesses, with a major grocery market, several actual restaurants. If you have a short layer, its perfect. For a longer layover-perfect place to get to downtown Frankfurt.

Dreieich is more of a suburb of Frankfurt. There is not anything for a tourist to do here. If you don't mind a commute into central Frankfurt everyday it is a good place to stay. However whatever money you might be saving by staying a bit further from the city centre you pay in train fare anyway.
