The breakfast "ballroom" was. beautiful. It felt like we were in a different era. It was on the main floor over looking a courtyard. It had a patio/balcony for outside eating.

The breakfast was outstanding. I liked the tub in the room although it felt a bit wasteful, I would have liked the option of a shower but I understand the limitations of renovation. The staff was excellent and the location was perfect for my event.

Really nice location and Walhalla is great and Regensburg is definitely worth a visit. Donaustauf is small but you can basically find everything you need. There are a lot of walks and tracks nearby in beautiful nature,
The restaurant "Kupferkanne" is a good location to eat just not a lot of veggie stuff but wonderful meat dishes and you can also stay for the night in the hotel.
Well located, near 'Walhalla', and also close to Regensburg. One night stop on our way back from Croatia to Belgium. Clean rooms, with a very special '70's vibe' (including a radio built into the bed !;), but the bathroom was completely new, very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, with fresh eggs, and everything you want. Parking is in front of the hotel, good wifi, etc. Recommended !
