We asked for a crib ahead of time and they were able to provide that. The breakfast was really good. The rooms are spacious. There's a huge park 2 minutes walk from the hotel. A lot of restaurants, grocery shops etc. a couple of minutes from the hotel.
If you want to reach the castle, it's walkable from there.

Nice, cosy, litlle town, with an beautyful old castle, on the edge of a cliff, right on the border with Austria; just a river separate the two country, and the trespassing border bridge it's near to the castle, down from the cliff!

room is spacious and clean, there’s the mini bar which is very useful in summer.
quite close to town but in summer it might be challenging to go back to the hotel as the road is however, there are bus stops near the hotel.
Very nice hotel in the historical center of Burghausen. Good parking under the square. Very good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a very nice weekend there, including a concert at the castle.
