Cozy area around the middle of Spreewald, just by some canals on the other side of the road. The room was facing a lovely courtyard to sit and relax, or enjoy breakfast/dinner. Room in our case was small but fitted everything needed, gave an old-timey sense and appeal. Lovely and helpful staff. Fine breakfast included, what you'd expect from a standard buffé. Lots of areas to explore through walking, biking or canoeing the canals.

Set in beautiful countryside. Our 2 room family room with kitchen was clean & very comfortable. The breakfast was the best so far on our trip. We hired kayaks from the pension to explore. 2 nights was not enough & we hope to come back for longer on our next trip to Germany.

It is a smaller village than the big town on the Spreewald. It was more accessible and the crowds were not so large. The ice cream store is a special treat. The day we were there was a wedding and the church bells kept ringing and ringing. Quite charming. The canoe trip had interesting commentary from the gondolier and the sights were beautiful.

Absolutely amazing place. We had a great stay! This is haven for children and everyone who likes outdoor sports! The property is 2 steps away from canoeing facilities and there is a lot to do for kids: bikes, trampoline, slide, toys, etc. There are also many domestic animals: a dog, a cat and rabbits. We are coming back!
I’ve attend the bike-marathon in Spreewald. The house is wonderfull and so comfortable. Sauna is also perfect. It’s a little distance from the Burg town, but with bike it’s just no problem
