The perfect host, a very warm and welcoming greeting, the suite was perfect and the breakfast was exceptional. we also had a secure garage for our motorcycles, this is the second time we have stopped there and will return and will try to get there a bit earlier to sample the fantastic looking cakes. 10/10

The most friendly staff I have ever seen in the hotel instructors. Particularly, the evening staff. There was a match between Germany and Denmark, and hotel staff arranged the best viewing facility for all guests. Breakfast was superb and so is the room cleanliness, and check-in and check-out facilities. Highly recommended

We had a lovely room, even had a view of the Marks Castle from the bathroom. The ability to buy snacks & water onsight. The tea kettle being available, the garden, very nice and helpful family run the hotel. Lovely village and Castle but note doesn't open until 10am and you need to go on a tour of 1 hour.
Extremely clean and well kept motel, every piece of furniture and bathroom like just bought from a shop. The host & hostess were so kind and helpful I felt I have to come back as soon as possible. Rheinsteig-path goes right behind the hotel.
