The hosts were an absolutely lovely couple. Their property is beautiful and has everything that you need. The location is best if you have a car. It's not really the most visited place by foreign tourists. Although it's within walking distance to the main centre of Bodenmais if you can walk approximately 1km with a slight hill.
the breakfast was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful in all respects. the food in the restaurant was excellent and to a high standard. the hotel is conveniently located at the main road into the town, yet set back so as not to be bothered with any street noise.
Everything was nice and clean. The staff was well prepared for us too. I liked the breakfast too, vast choices, yet no wasting on the side of hotel. I was amazed by the offer of the ActiveCard.
