The location was perfect for us. And it was a lovely place, green and leafy.
The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. There is a wide variety and all is delicious.

Beautiful location with super nice, friendly people running the place. The only downside was that the toilet kept running but that was fixed immediately after a quick call and i got my beer for free for the hassle. Great place and a recommendation for people who are staying in the area

In my opinion, Bergen itself has really suffered since the British forces closed down their camp and moved back to the UK. But the surrounding area has still got a lot to offer. I main stay in Bergen because of Desperados restaurant and their great food. I was based in Bergen for 8 years and it saddens me to see it so empty.

In one word, PERFECT !!
First and foremost, great air-condition, and it’s a lot in August to get some good sleep in a cool room after getting no sleep in other hotels that have only “venting”.
The rooms are very clean and the shower looks brand new.
The breakfast is really nice with wide variety.
Good location to get to Heide or Serengeti theme parks.
And the owners are really lovely and very happy to help with whatever is needed.
A great and inexpensive hotel, highly recommended.
