Place is very authentic, inside nature. Rooms are spacious, maybe not luxurious or brand new but still comfortable. It's near by a traditional German village. Breakfast is served in a restaurant at 3 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is particularly good.

The key did not opened the door and called them, said coming in 5-10 minutes but. They made us wait more then one hour at the door. While the clock was almost midnight.

The best part of our stay was the hotel room and the staff. The room was modern, very well appointed and immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Lutz, the manager, made us feel very welcome. He has a great knowledge of the area, in particular the wines and wineries, and made many suggestions for our future stays.
The only aspect of our stay that the host could improve, in our view, is the manning of the reception. There was no-one on the reception when we arrived at 19:15 and no-one attended after ringing the desk bell. We had to go and look for someone to assist us. That said, we will most definitely stay at the Romantic Hotel Villa Sayn again.

Very frendly personal.
Room and Washroom vas clean and enought big for two persons.
Temperature in the room was confortable 22 degres ,NOT to Hot.
Breakfast was tasty and also for people that are hungry in the morning enought.
Hotel is Pet friendly and the price for Dog 9€ is akceptable,fair price.
Location is top for valking,cycling.....
Honestly, amazing location for price/quality, the residence was basic (not a hotel) but complete, clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Lovely location. Next time I pass the area I'll stay here again
