It was a very clean and modern hotel. What surprised was that they had really put in effort in making the sleeping experience fit all different habits and tastes of their guests. Room temperature was adjustable, the windows could be opened and a selection of different types of pillows where available.

The best part of our stay was the hotel room and the staff. The room was modern, very well appointed and immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Lutz, the manager, made us feel very welcome. He has a great knowledge of the area, in particular the wines and wineries, and made many suggestions for our future stays.
The only aspect of our stay that the host could improve, in our view, is the manning of the reception. There was no-one on the reception when we arrived at 19:15 and no-one attended after ringing the desk bell. We had to go and look for someone to assist us. That said, we will most definitely stay at the Romantic Hotel Villa Sayn again.

Very frendly personal.
Room and Washroom vas clean and enought big for two persons.
Temperature in the room was confortable 22 degres ,NOT to Hot.
Breakfast was tasty and also for people that are hungry in the morning enought.
Hotel is Pet friendly and the price for Dog 9€ is akceptable,fair price.
Location is top for valking,cycling.....
Honestly, amazing location for price/quality, the residence was basic (not a hotel) but complete, clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Lovely location. Next time I pass the area I'll stay here again
We stayed at best price hotel for two nights, in overall it was good compare to price. It is located in nice village near Koblenz , but the room and hallways could be more clean.
Good value for money. Easy check in and out. Family room was spacious and set up nicely for kids. Good location - 15 minute walk into centre of Bendorf.
