The room and hotel were immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful-- friendly, helpful, and very eager to make our stay pleasant. Special kudos to Augustine-- he was most kind. The room was well equipped with a mini-fridge and hot water pot. Plenty of electrical outlets, well situated around the room. Exceptionally quiet (surprising, since we faced the main road and were near the train station, but we didn't hear a thing.) The bed was very comfortable and the housekeepers were very attentive. Coveniently next to train station and bus lines, as well as the local Aldi.
This 4-star hotel in Bayreuth offers tasteful accommodations between the Franconian Jura uplands and the Fichtelgebirge mountain range. It features a sauna area with a terrace on the 6th floor.

Easy to walk to from rail station and to the Festspielhaus. Quick access to the river walk and old town. Enjoyed the refreshments available in the lobby before buses left for the opera. Vintage bus available also - a nice touch for those not wishing to walk. Breakfast being available all morning a major plus.
This hotel offers modern rooms with air conditioning and a flat-screen satellite TV. It is in Bayreuth's city center, a 5-minute walk from the Rotmain Shopping Center.

A family-run traditional hotel with character within a short walk of downtown Bayreuth. The staff was very nice and helpful. Like many others, I was in Bayreuth for the annual Festival. The hotel arranged transportation for us to (and, if desired, from) the Festival Theater (Festspielhaus) and kept their associated restaurant open for after-opera diners.
The rooms are comfortable and very clean, even if somewhat simple. But the breakfasts are ample and suitably lavish in the German style.
This modern 4-star hotel in Bayreuth, home to the famous Richard Wagner Festival, is within walking distance of the town center, Eremitage castle gardens, and Lohengrin thermal baths.

I like this town. The surroundings are pleasant. The town is small and green. There are many parks. Not very noisy. Nice and quiet. There are enough shops. Cafes have nice prices and tasty food. It is a bit frustrating that many cafes don't have coffee with lactose-free milk and few sugar-free products for diabetics, as well as shops.

We went for the Wagner-Festspiel, so it's simple: Bayreuth is the only place. It's a little out of the way for air or train travel, so we chose to drive from Berlin. Having a car was convenient, as our apartment was a few Km out of town. Bayreuth is a charming small city in the Bavarian hills and worth seeing, especially if you're into opera.

This hotel is a short walk, about 10 minutes to the Festspielhaus which makes it a very good location. It is also near to many restaurants and the centre of the town. It doesn’t cater for gluten free and vegan options

The baroque opera house is lovely and certainly worth a visit. \The Margrave New Palace and park. Also the Hermitage, on the outskirts of Bayreuth. The Wagner museum is a sort of must, but if possible, check the times of guided tours to the Steingaertner Piano factory. Some of the churches are worth a visit as are the parks.

Bayreuth was a pleasantly relaxing place with plenty to see, both in the city and nature.
There are several nice parks, as well as a lovely botanical garden. I was a bit surprised at the Ermitage, as it stands out significantly from other European palaces.
We found a delightful mexican restautant, Enchilada. We went a few times in our stay.
It was mostly comfortable to ride a bike, though many streets lack bike lanes.

Since I live only 40 miles away, it wasn’t exactly a „Weltreise.“ But it was nice to find a reasonably priced hotel for an overnight. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast excellent. I know where to stay for my next overnight in Bayreuth.
It is super nice designs the decorations, the apartment is super super super nice. I can see the designs really special and a feeling of home. What’s the most important is the bed and blanket is super super super comfortable. They are by feather.
And they got washing machine anddrying machine!!!
And the owner is very friendly!
I would strongly recommend this hotel and if possible I want to stay again if I have the chance to visit the city again!
A classic hotel, very comfortable and cosy. Every detail is well-designed. The room is very spacious, all the pieces of furniture are constructed wisely. We have chosen the hotel for the second time to have a rest during a long trip. It is situated 2 minutes from the highway and possesses free parking. We have been with a cat and it also liked everything 😺
The hotel is quirky in design but very comfortable with excellent facilities in the rooms and very comfortable. The bus to the festival is very welcome.
