Beautiful property with terrific views in a charming, quiet town with many lovely cafes and shops. And the best ice cream EVER is located just across the street at Eiscafe Breda! Our host, Niklas, answered our very few questions promptly by email (we never phone a host unless it’s an emergency, which means never so far). When we visit our family again, we will surely stay here. Everything needed is stocked in the studio apartment, the large double bed is extremely comfortable, and the adjacent huge terrace is perfect for reading or just enjoying a coffee from the coffee pot in the well appointed kitchenette. Book it NOW, if you are visiting or working nearby!
we (a group of early 30s friends) were in search of a peaceful retreat to indulge in nature. Bad Rothenfelde was very quiet early July and the apartment was close to a forest, a spa health resort and near the Teutoburger Wald. The apartment is equiped with a sleeper couch and a small double bedroom. The apartment seems newly renovated and up-to-date with all necessities. The check-in process is easy and fast, using the doorcode we received prior to arrival. We are very satisfied
Unfortunately one of my worst experiences with hotels. You get what you pay basically. Could not get access to room as host didn't send access code for doors and was not answering phone after multiple attempts for nearly 2 hrs. The caused stress was totally unnecessary. Good points were host rang back with apology and parking was at front of the hotel.
The breakfast was really exceptional, one of the very best I've seen and eaten. Great selection, excellent quality and taste. This would be the true reason to stop here again. Free parking just behind the hotel is a great advantage.
