So long as you understand that this is one of the growing trend of 'people warehouses' designed to provide a convenient stopover withouot frills or staff, then you'll be fine. It meets those expectations well. The one member of staff on duty when we arrive (9pm) was very helpful and friendly and spoke English. The room, though small, was well-designed and very clean, although two adults, two teenage kids and a cat was a bit of a squeeze - for the price for one night it was fine.

Bed was large and comfortable.
The actual room was very clean and made you feel very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good, just enough to give you a good start for the day.
The personnel from the reception, very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel staff were very accommodating for my poor German speaking skills and were very helpful. I arrived early and I could use the spa facilities until my room was ready. The spa and pool were fantastic, and the restaurant was perfect for dinner and breakfast. I felt very comfortable travelling and staying alone.
Absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Perfectly close the B1 road and close enough to walk into town and enjoy the wonderful park. The reception staff were friendly and always helpful when asking for advice on stuff to do.
I been there in Bad Lippspringe to visit my Friend. The hotel was close to her and was very comfortable and nice. The Boss been very helpful and kind all the time!
