Very quiet room, very clean. The host was friendly and accommodating, as we arrived quiet late. We just needed a stop-over from the visit of Herren Chiemsee, where the guesthouse was ideally located for.

The rooms were well appointed, clean, the beds comfortable and the location was perfect for our holidaying needs; train station was a 10 minute walk away for trips to Munich and Salzburg. Great location - 15min walk from the train station (where there is a Lidl supermarket 1 min walk away), 3 min walk from the boat station, many restaurants around the hotel within walking distance.
Comfy, homey hotel - very friendly, flexible staff; very clean room, comfy bed, I had a single room which is spacious enough. Breakfast was good and ample with scrambled/hardboiled eggs, different kinds of yoghurt, salami/ham/cheese, fruits/vege, bread, cakes, and coffee/tea/juices; the breakfast area was comfy and had a rustic vibe
The hotel is located just in front of the lake, there are multiple hiking routes around it, views are amazing, even for winter time. Staff is extremely friendly and you can really get the 'family hotel' approach. SPA zone is very clean, steam sauna and finnish sauna are available for free. Breakfast was great, very big variety of food.
It is a suitably big size of studio, with a private bath and a private kitchen. The train station (Bad Endorf, almost exactly between Munich and Salzburg) is quite close (around 5 minutes by walk) and there are Lidl & Edeka in 10 minutes by walk. I enjoyed staying here very much!!
