The room was spacious good bed. Bathroom was also big. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Maning sure was everything ok with us. The breakfast is great. The kitchen chef even come to us to ask of we would like to have some omelet or cooked eggs or pancake. There is lot of restaurant nearby.

A very wonderful place among the charming nature. How beautiful is the sound of running water under the balcony. We liked the view of our room very much. Perhaps the thing we liked the most is the nearby waterfall, which we enjoyed and took pictures of. We love the Spa, the only Glaubersalz Spa in Germany, and our aching bones feel much better within a short space of time. If you love to walk, this is a great place to come to!

The location itself is better than I thought.
The location itself is better than I thought. It is close to Cochem and Bernkastel. There are some nice walking routes. The swimming pool is nice too. There are some good restaurants, but only 1 club opens till late. It is good for families or couples who want some rest and silence, but definitely not for party with friends.
We loved the cosy and friendly atmosphere in Hotel Residenz. Breakfast was great and I tested the stuffed Pastry Swans. I had Number 11, absolutely delicious!
Location is great, close to the Natur Park, only few minutes walk from the Spa, free parking.
Good family run hotel with clean rooms and big bathrooms. Vintage feeling will take you back to the old times. It was a great stay with our family and location was good. Just step out of the hotel and enjoy the small beautiful village
Location is fantastic, Bad Bertrich is a nice place to have a rest. The Room is ok, only a glass door for the toilet and blocking the light switch could be done different.
