It was in a good location about a 5 minute walk from the train station and the football museum is right on your door step. Room I stayed in was excellent, even had a fan in the room. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

After 12h car journey, we were not let in into te hotel! We have inform them that we will arrive late at night. When we got there there was nobody to speak to, we call the number and some rude woman told us we have to wait till 5am. At 5 am the same rude woman opened the reception and told us she will only let us in at 6.30 if we pay again! And open another reservation. So I wasn’t let in to my room which was paid for until 11 next day! My family had to spend a night in the car after 12h journey! It is simple scam! Don’t go there I have visited many hotels in the world and never been treated that badly!!!

Clean, comfortable and in a lovely location! The staff were amazing and the room was so comfy. Behind the hotel (and some rooms have this view) is an historic castle and behind that is a stunning lake with so many places to eat and drink! 15 min taxi from Hauptbahnhof

We arrived much earlier than the check in time, but the staff was very helpful and managed to settle us in a room at 11am. The hotel itself is in a very quiet area, there is forest surrounding it, many paths to take a walk or have a bike ride. There are even bunnies running through the hotel garden. The area appears as a huge forest natural reserve, which is amazing. The room was clean and very spacious. The restaurant was the most delicious one I have personally visited in Germany. The spa is clean, the facilities are well constructed so even if you are not alone in the steam bath, for example, it doesn’t feel crowded at all. I would love to come back for a longer time with a bike or hiking boots and spend extra time in the nature.
